As a municipal solicitor, Kate brings with her a broad experience in land use issues, labor and employment concerns and pension and retirement concerns. She has represented authorities in labor contract negotiations and has participated in negotiations for, and the drafting of, inter-municipal agreements. About Kate

Kate presented at CONNECT's first Blight Workshop at Munhall Borough on Thursday, May 12th. With representatives from 13 CONNECT municipalities in attendance, the conversation was informing and lively. Kate shared her personalized expertise on blight strategies, and offered advice and tips to attendees, while attendees shared experiences and lessons learned from their everyday efforts to mitigate blight in their communities. 

The Congress of Neighboring Communities (CONNECT) is an organization that promotes cooperation and collaboration between the City of Pittsburgh and the 36 municipalities that comprise the region's urban core.
