Emily’s presentation, “How Drones May be Regulated and Used by your Municipality” reviewed the authority of municipalities to regulate drones, including the impact of FAA regulations and recent court cases on drone ordinances. It also discussed municipal uses of drones and important considerations when doing so. The presentation took place in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

Emily practices within the firm’s School and Municipal Law Group. She serves as Solicitor of Harrison Township and works closely with the firm’s broad base of municipal clients to address a variety of issues, including zoning, property maintenance, Sunshine & Right-to-Know Law issues and delinquent tax and municipal claim collection. She is also experienced in drafting drone and other ordinances.
