Mandi is a member of the firm's Municipal Creditors' Rights, School & Municipal Law, and Real Estate Law Groups. She also has experience litigating at the trial and appellate levels of both state and federal courts.
Mandi is Co-Chair of the firm's Municipal Creditors' Rights Group, representing the City and School District of Philadelphia and dozens of other municipalities, school districts, and authorities in all aspects of delinquent tax and municipal claim collection matters.
Mandi serves as Solicitor to two land banks, as well as a zoning hearing board and planning commission. She advises the firm's municipal clients on the State Ethics Act, Sunshine Law, and Right-to-Know Law matters; local land use matters and appeals; and board/council governance. She represents clients, both municipal and private in the review and negotiation of real estate transactions, including letters of intent, agreements of sale, leases, and deeds. She also represents individuals and small business entities in commercial transactions, including leases, entity creation and dissolution.
