Philadelphia Tax Collection

The Collection of Delinquent Real Estate Taxes on behalf of the City and School District of Philadelphia

Attn: Taxpayers

GRB Law is committed to providing a safe and healthy office environment for our employees and visitors.  We will continue to follow the guidelines established by the Governor of Pennsylvania for each phase of reopening (i.e. red, yellow and green).  As the City of Philadelphia has moved into the yellow phase, our physical office located at 1425 Spruce Street will re-open to the public.  However, we are requiring that anyone visiting our offices wear a mask upon entering the building and while in the office.  All visitors will also be required to follow applicable social distancing protocols and maintain six (6) feet of distance between them at all times.  As a result, only one person will be permitted in the lobby of our Spruce Street Office at a time.  If needed and with advance notice, GRB will provide masks to visitors upon entering the buildings.
