Biography
David is a member of the firm’s Municipal Tax & Creditors’ Rights and School & Municipal Law Groups. Much of his current practice centers on assisting our municipal clients, including the City and School District of Pittsburgh, the County of Allegheny, the City and School District of Philadelphia, as well as various other municipalities, with the collection of delinquent real estate taxes and other municipal claims.
In addition to this work, he is also experienced in the areas of municipal regulatory compliance, as well as land use appeals, civil rights matters and agency appeals. He has also previously sat as Acting Solicitor for multiple school boards and municipalities.
Additionally, he is experienced in civil litigation, having successfully represented numerous clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in suits ranging from breach of contract actions to unlawful terminations and sexual harassment.
