An active member of the PMAA for years, Chuck served as a Moderator for the day’s opening presentation: Tell It to the Judge. The session was beneficial to all authority employees, including board members, solicitors, engineers, managers and financial officers. Attorneys argued facts and laws involving actual authority-related cases, while audience members had the chance to test their knowledge by who they believed actually won.
