Introduction

Biography

Jessica represents clients in many areas of civil litigation, specifically focusing on real estate and family law.  She has appeared in federal and county courts throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania, particularly focusing on commercial real estate, zoning and land use matters and actions to quiet title.

Jessica has significant experience handling divorce, custody and support litigation, as well as drafting settlements and premarital agreements. She is also experienced in property negotiation and the settlement of other marital-related claims, including the division of family businesses.

Jessica's Family Law practice includes the methods of Collaborative Law, which reaches resolution by settlement customized to address the needs of each separate case. Collaborative law is practiced outside the court process and allows the parties to maintain healthy relationships with children and extended family during and after the divorce. In 2015, Jessica received her certification as a mediator through the Association of Conflict Resolution.

In addition to her civil litigation work, Jessica maintains an active Municipal Law practice. She is experienced in serving in the role of Solicitor, handling tax assessment, code enforcement, zoning and election law.

In her role as an advisor, Jessica also assists clients with the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, as well as handling employment issues.
