Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Only 5% of attorneys are selected to Super Lawyers and 2.5% to Rising Stars.

She devotes a portion of her practice to representing incapacitated people, family members, and healthcare providers in the complex specifics of guardianships and commitments.
Nicole B. Kairys, named in Family Law, is well-known and respected throughout Western Pennsylvania for representing clients in all aspects of support, divorce, and custody matters, with a particular expertise in complex divorce matters, including equitable distribution and support matters that involve high net worth estates. In addition to more traditional family-based matters, Nicole is also certified in the methods of Collaborative Law, is a trainer, a mediator and maintains an extensive appellate practice.
