Three GRB Law attorneys are named 2017 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Stars! Only 2.5% of Pennsylvania attorneys are selected as Pennsylvania Rising Stars. Each candidate, nominated through peer evaluation and professional achievement, is thoroughly examined by The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania prior to acceptance.
Jessica L. Crown, named in the area of Family Law, is a member of the firm’s Family Law and School & Municipal Law Groups. She represents clients in all areas of traditional Family Law, handling divorce, custody and support litigation, as well as drafting settlements and premarital agreements. She is also experienced in property negotiation and the settlement of other marital-related claims. Along with her traditional Family Law practice, Jessica is trained in the methods of Collaborative Law. She also actively maintains a Municipal Law practice, serving in the role of Solicitor.
Joseph W. Gramc has been named in the area of Tax law. As a member of the firm's Municipal Tax and Creditor's Rights Group, Joe focuses his practice in assisting municipal clients with the collection of past due and delinquent tax claims, as well as municipal claims. He assists in managing the firm's active litigation on behalf of many municipal clients, including the County of Allegheny, City of Pittsburgh and City of Philadelphia. In addition to presenting on the Municipal Claim and Tax Lien Law, Joe has presented on the recently enacted Land Bank Legislation for multiple organizations.
Mandi L. Culhane, named for her Appellate practice, assists clients in a variety of practice areas on appeal in both state and federal court. Her practice also includes Municipal Creditor Rights and other municipal and local tax matters, with an emphasis on delinquent tax collection on behalf of the City and School District of Philadelphia. She worked closely with local taxing bodies and tax collectors to implement Act 32 of 2008, which changed the collection of local earned income taxes throughout Pennsylvania.
