Held over the weekend of September 27-29, 2018, the Fall Conference of Townships, Boroughs & Authorities took place at Seven Springs Mountain Resort in Champion, PA.

Joined by an engineer from Lennon, Smith, Souleret Engineering, Kate co-presented on Stormwater Management, providing insight and guidance on related issues and new regulations. She delved into requirements and recommendations for storm water management ordinances, and also evaluated the practicality of a Stormwater Management Utility User Fee and specifics of the Act 167 Update.

Kate serves as Solicitor to the Boroughs of Bradford Woods, Mt. Oliver, Conway and Oakmont, as well as the Western Allegheny Municipal Authority. She also serves as Special Counsel to the City of Aliquippa's planning commission.
