Jake graduated from the University of South Carolina in May 2015, earning his B.S. in Sport and Entertainment Management with summa cum laude honors. He then attended the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, earning his J.D. in May 2019.
About Jake
Jake is a member of the firm’s Municipal Creditors’ Rights and School & Municipal Law Groups. Much of his current practice centers on assisting the firm’s municipal clients, including the City and School District of Pittsburgh, the County of Allegheny, the City and School District of Philadelphia, as well as various other municipalities, with the collection of delinquent real estate taxes and other municipal claims.
In addition to his tax-related work, he is experienced with commercial real estate transactional matters and zoning and land use. He is also well-versed in municipal codes and zoning ordinances.
