Biography
With an extensive background in school law, Casey joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2025. Working primarily within the School & Municipal Law Group, Casey's practice focuses on the representation of school districts and other municipal entities.
In his role as Solicitor, Casey has provided counsel regarding employment and personnel matters, constitutional issues, student matters, and the review and negotiation of contracts. Casey also has extensive experience with assisting school and municipal clients with reviewing and responding to requests for public records under Pennsylvania's Right-to-Know Law. He also guides his clients through the ongoing review, development and implementation of policies to ensure compliance with state and federal law.
In addition to Casey's work as a solicitor, he also has ample experience in representing school districts in litigation before administrative agencies such as the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and in state and federal trial and appellate courts.
