Biography

Joe joined the firm in 2022 as a member of the Real Estate Law and Municipal Creditors' Rights Groups. He represents landlords and tenants in lease negotiations, commercial real estate transactions, and zoning and land use matters.

Along with his real estate work, Joe has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry representing wireless and infrastructure providers in transactional matters, environmental law, zoning, land use appeals in state court, and prosecuting violations of the Telecommunications Act 47 U.S. Code § 332 in federal court. He has also represented clients in a wide range of regulatory and litigation matters that led to the successful deployment of wireless networks and infrastructure.

In addition to the above, he advises wireless providers on legislative and FCC Orders on broadband deployment issues, including right of way access, fees, aesthetics, and wireless siting standards.
