Tom Frampton focuses his practice on alternative dispute resolution, professional negligence, business litigation, and oil-and-gas litigation. He represents businesses, nursing homes, financial institutions, and professionals in disputes ranging from trade and employment-related disputes to complex business and personal injury claims. Combining his past experience as a judge for the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas and his current practice as a trial lawyer, Tom has become a well-regarded mediator and arbitrator, focusing on medical malpractice and other professional negligence, oil-and-gas claims, insurance coverage issues, business and commercial disputes including employment and products liability claims.

Howie Schulberg has been representing municipalities, school districts and authorities in litigation for over 25 years. His litigation experience spans the entire spectrum of potential municipal liability from civil rights, to employment, to contractual matters. Howie has blended his municipal practice with defense of tort claims on behalf of insurers and self-insureds. When called upon, he has also represented injured parties in prosecuting personal injury claims, which has expanded into a flourishing mediation/neutral practice over the past 15 years. He is proud of helping others resolve their conflicts through various forms of alternative dispute resolution.
