GRB names Jaime N. Doherty as Partner
Jaime joined Goehring, Rutter & Boehm's litigation group as an associate attorney in July 2003. Jaime's practice areas include commercial and construction litigation and risk management, defense of product liability and toxic tort claims, as well as civil rights, and insurance coverage disputes.
Jaime’s clients include insurance companies and third party administrators, title agencies, owners such as municipalities, professional and recreational associations, school districts, and private developers, and regional contractors and subcontractors. Prior to joining GRB, Jaime counseled and represented design professionals on professional liability claims. She advises clients on public procurement procedures, bidders investigation contract formation, indemnity and insurance coverage. She is panel counsel for several insurance companies and works with insurers and third-party administrators to defend construction defect, property and casualty losses.
A 2002 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Jaime is well known throughout the area as a speaker on construction-related issues.
