Michael is a member of the firm's Real Estate Law and Estate Planning and Administration Groups.
A significant portion of his work is comprised of counseling and representing individuals and small businesses in real estate conveyancing and municipal land use approval processes. Included in his real estate practice is the representation of both, landowners and municipalities in eminent domain disputes.
He also represents clients in matters involving drafting wills and trusts, handling estate and trust disputes, guardianships and other related litigation.
Michael holds memberships in the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is actively involved with non-profit organizations, such as Gilda’s Club Western Pennsylvania and Zoar.
A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University in 1979, Michael received his B.S. in business administration. Continuing his education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, he graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 1984.
Michael is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania State and Federal Courts.
