Jeff, a senior associate of the firm, is a member of both, our Real Estate Law and Business Law Groups. His practice is focused on business law, commercial and residential real estate matters, eminent domain, zoning matters, intellectual property and local taxation matters.

While studying at the University of Pittsburgh, Jeff was the Marketing Director of the Law Review, served on the Moot Court Board, and interned for Chief Justice Ralph Cappy of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Upon graduation, Jeff served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Thomas R. Dobson, Judge of the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas. He also worked in-house with several start-up companies, providing him with ample experience to continue practice in corporate law. This applied experience has enabled Jeff to aid his fellow associates at GRB.

Jeff is a cum laude graduate from the University of Pittsburgh, earning his B.S. in 1998. Continuing his education at Pitt, he later earned his Juris Doctorate in 2001.

He is admitted to practice law in all Pennsylvania State Courts and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Jeff has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2010 in the area of Business/Corporate Law.
