A member of the firm's Litigation Group, Dana focuses her practice in civil litigation; including the areas of commercial, products liability, personal injury, nursing home defense, and employment law. Dana also has experience in insurance coverage disputes.
She has represented various clients, including public utilities, financial institutions, insurers, manufacturers, and construction contractors. Dana has successfully represented clients in mediations, arbitrations, non-jury and jury trials, as well as appellate court argument.
Dana obtained a B.A. in English and a minor in business from The Pennsylvania State University where she graduated, With Distinction, in 1994. She received her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 1997. She is admitted to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Courts for the Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
Dana is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance and its Premises Liability and Insurance Coverage Litigation Committees.
Dana was inducted into the Allegheny County Bar Foundation Class of Fellows, the charitable arm of the bar association that focuses on community and public service. She serves in a Council position on the ACBA's Civil Litigation Section. In addition, she was elected as the President of the Mt. Lebanon Montessori School Board and has served on its Board of Directors since 2008. Dana is a past member of the Executive Council of the ACBA's Women in the Law Division and the Board of Directors of the Mt. Lebanon Main-Line Homeowner's Association.
